I absolutely love Amy & the RAW course. As a wife, a mother to a 4 year old, a teacher, among many other hats I wear… I’ve been going full speed & haven’t really taken time for myself to slow down. Amy is so easy to talk to and is a great cheerleader to help you achieve your goals. It is so important to take time for ourselves and honestly before completing the RAW course I never took the time for myself. I always put others first & Amy has reminded me how important it is for me to take time for me. I’ve been able to really do some soul searching and discover what I want and to take time to slow down. Each coaching session is great & easy. I enjoyed my time with Amy and discovering myself. Amy is very personable, relatable, real, & honest just like RAW! I highly recommend working with Amy, you won’t be disappointed!

I honestly did not know what to expect going into these sessions. They've been very helpful in giving insight on my new career journey. Amy's been really good at helping me to delve deep within to figure out authentic and realistic goals I can accomplish quickly. The RAW course, in addition to the one on one sessions, have motivated me beyond measure to start tackling my goals now.

The RAW course has really helped me to organize my thoughts, set priorities, establish boundaries, and help me to become the real me. I really liked the format and the worksheets to help guide the sessions. The extension activities were great as well! I was able to take time for myself and grow. I felt like every minute was useful. Amy is more than relatable. She really puts a lot of thought and care into the sessions. I highly recommend Amy as a life coach!

I think the RAW class is so nice, because honestly it is uncut. There are ZERO judgments, but plenty of advice from a perspective that isn't yours. One thing I have taken away is feeling less guilty about taking care of myself. I am a mom of 2 (15, 9). My daughter is in soccer twice a week, my son boxes twice a week, I teach Zumba 2-3 times a week, and I have a full time job as an administrative secretary. I have a husband who is great. Sometimes, I feel like if I am doing something for myself, I am taking away time from my family. But, I learned you can't pour from an empty glass. I have decided my marriage needed to be more of a priority. This was included in taking care of myself. I love my family and nothing could ever replace them, but sometimes it can be overwhelming. Take time for you. I highly recommend this course to anyone who needs a little push or growth. Remember, broken crayons still color.

I started working with Amy a few years before she took a leap of faith and set the goal to offer her insight to others through life coaching. Amy gives me fresh perspectives on life events and the dynamics of my relationships. She's helped me figure out my next three years of how to succeed in my own passion. She helps break the old pattern of thinking by focusing on what you really want to do with your life.... therefore, creating a new pattern of thinking.
